Follow the trail of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by visiting each of the 17 stands that will be set up throughout the Palais des Nations to promote a better understanding of the world’s Agenda 2030.
After achieving major progress in reducing poverty, improving health and raising development standards the world over with the Millennium Development Goals, Member States of the United Nations at the end of 2015 adopted a set of new sustainable development goals to be reached by 2030.
The United Nations and all partners of International Geneva are at the heart of the actions being taken to achieve these goals.
Visit the stands dedicated to reducing poverty, improving gender equality, improving life on land and under water, eliminating hunger and fighting climate change, among many others, and gather insight into the people and organizations behind the projects being implemented as part of a plan for planet, people and prosperity.
Each structure measuring 3.5 square meters will explain each of the goals and feature representatives from International Geneva who will explain relevant projects. And find out how you can do your part to contribute to the SDGs through everyday actions.
